ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 8–12 business days, so please allow 9–15 business days in total. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Deliveries are occasionally delayed by carriers or busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we’ll sort it out, including a full refund if needed.
SIZING
How do I find my size?
Our items follow standard UK sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Not sure? Email us with your usual UK size and the item you like, and we’ll happily advise.
PAYMENT & CONTACT
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
