Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from the business and every distance contract and order between the business and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products. Images represent the products faithfully, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the business.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes the order.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. Please see our Return Policy for details on how to return an item.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items or to hygiene items, such as underwear and lingerie, once the seal or packaging has been opened.

All prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes or duties will be shown at checkout.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 8 to 15 business days. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, the consumer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Article 11 – Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days of delivery. We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.
