Return Policy – Important Notice

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returning a Product

Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging, with all tags attached
  • In the same condition as received

Damage Due to Personal Use

We cannot accept returns of items damaged through misuse, negligence or improper handling. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Underwear
  • Lingerie
  • Other sealed hygiene items

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@sandralondon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item, if it is damaged or faulty
  • Your contact details

Return Address

Please do not send items to our registered company address. Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return address and instructions.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and are applied to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of approval:

  • Check your bank or card account, as processing times can vary
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@sandralondon.com

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, and cover the return shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this, your order may already be in processing, but you can still return it under this policy once it arrives.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.
