Estimated Delivery Time

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. On weekdays this usually takes one business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days after your order has been processed. In total, please allow 9 to 15 business days from placing your order to receiving it.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. You can also check your order status at any time using the Track Your Order page.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by carriers, customs or busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve it, including offering a full refund if needed.

  2. Double-check that you've selected the correct size and colour.
  3. Click Checkout and enter your shipping and contact details.
  4. Click Continue to Shipping to confirm your address.
  5. Click Continue to Payment and choose from the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards.
  6. Click Complete Order and follow the instructions on screen.
